• Our products should be used according to the enclosed instructions
• Never use our products for anything other than it’s intended purpose as a cast or dressing protector
• Never use our products as a flotation device
• Do not attempt to use our products in recreational water activities such as swimming
• Children or persons with special needs using our products should be supervised at all times
• Our products are non-sterile product and should not be used on open or undressed wounds or when any danger of infection is present
• If you intend to use our products while under medical care, always obtain advance approval from your medical provider.

Dispatch and delivery:

Orders received on a weekday before 2:00 pm will be dispatched the same day (excludes bank holidays), otherwise, they will be dispatched the following weekday (excludes bank holidays).


Placing an order with us:

It is important that you read our terms and conditions and are happy with them, as you are provided with access to this website in accordance with these conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these conditions. When buying goods on the internet, you are entering into a legally binding contract.

You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. When you place an order and confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. The contract is concluded and binding once we dispatch you order.

Returns policy and exchanges:

Please do not return any items without first contacting us by either e-mail or telephone. 

We are happy to provide a refund on unwanted products within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused, unopened, and are returned in re-saleable condition. The return of unwanted products is at your own cost, and we recommend using a tracked delivery service.
